Your research partner in foams
Created more than 10 years ago, in 2012, CellMat Technologies is an R&D company focused on the field of polymeric foams. The company is made up of scientists with a high level of expertise in all the different topics surrounding these materials.
From the design to the production and characterization of prototypes or the modeling of their properties, we offer our partners turn-key solutions and the possibility of diving into the whole loop surrounding the development of new concepts and ideas.
We are experts in the design of new products with tailored properties, adapting products and processes to novel regulations and standards to become more competitive, helping raw material producers find the suitable markets and range of applications for their products, assisting in the implementation of foaming processes at industrial scale and in the use of advance tools to go one step further in the characterization and understanding of polymeric foams.
Our strength is the combination of two key elements: a team of highly qualified scientists with a strong background in foamed products and facilities specially designed to develop and validate innovative ideas in the field of polymeric foams.

Our mission
Our main target is to help our industrial partners, by applying and transferring our specialized know-how in the field of cellular materials, in their processes and products as a driver to improve their competitiveness.
One of our key differentiating aspects is that we dive deep into the understating of the phenomena taking place during the formation of foams. We believe that it is the key to advance and succeed. Our Foaming Mechanisms Laboratory helps us dig, quantify and observe the foaming mechanisms occurring in any foaming process allowing us to use this privileged information to go one step further and address diverse types of challenging topics.
R&D comes in our genotype and due to that, aside from collaborating with our partners, we are also committed to creating new technologies and solutions for the future.
